Wash with Sulfate Free Shampoo and either do a wet style (twist out, braid out, or bantu knots) or blow dry my hair to stretch it. \r<br>WEEK TWO: Co-Wash (using conditioner as a shampoo) braid or twist my hair out for stretch. \r<br>WEEK THREE: Deep Condition and detangle on dry hair. Wash with Sulfate Free Shampoo\r<br>WEEK FOUR: Co-Wash (using conditioner as a shampoo) braid or twist my hair out for stretch. \r<br>\r<br>NOTE: I dry my hair with a T-shirt because it is a more gentle way to dry your hair.
